At Calderon Textiles, the marketing and sales team noticed that there were countless bar mops in our offering that lacked strategic branding and differentiation in purpose. The sales team had a hard time explaining to customers the difference between bar mops due to the insufficient marketing material describing them. I came up with the idea of creating a hierarchy system of branding to help differentiate the bar mops. The system also came with a complimentary guide to help the sales team guide the customers to the correct bar mop for their target market, and thus the BarMop Guide was born.

Calderon Textiles is a part of a buying group called Premier. Calderon Textiles needed to come up with a way to introduce themselves to new customers in Premier with an inviting and engaging introduction. We noticed that there were a couple of main groups of customers in Premier that we felt we could target specifically with these letters, such as, schools, hotels, and general healthcare chains. I created the letters as a way for the salespeople to introduce themselves to the new customers before their initial conversations.
